No. It is a traceable estimate for a described standard case. Payroll systems account for additional employer, timing and personnel data.

No. Tax class affects ongoing wage-tax withholding. A later income-tax assessment may result in a refund or an additional payment.

Why is a health-insurance assumption named?

The fund-specific supplementary rate can differ and change during the year. The result therefore names the fund or reference assumption and its retrieval date.

Why are there several questions about children?

ELStAM child allowances, parental status for long-term care insurance and children under 25 affect different parts of the calculation. One child count would mix these rules.

Are employer costs complete?

No. The view shows direct employer cost from gross pay and the displayed employer contributions. Variable levies, accident insurance and other operating costs may be added.
